Stone Look Wall Panels

Angtai's stone look wall panels are flexible, non-combustible soft-porcelain sheets that reproduce the color, grain, and texture of natural stone without the weight or rigidity of real stone. Unlike rigid foam or PU faux-stone panels sold in stacked multi-packs, these bend around curves and bond with adhesive instead of mortar.

Flexible vs. Rigid Faux Stone

The soft-porcelain base bends where rigid PU and foam panels crack, so it wraps columns and irregular walls — see curved wall cladding for radius installs. It withstands -40°C to 150°C and stays colorfast after 20+ years outdoors, without the fading common to painted foam panels. The core is also non-combustible, a fire-safety trade-off rigid faux stone can't match; full performance comparisons are in flexible stone wall panel pros and cons.

Where Stone-Look Panels Are Used

Interior feature walls bond directly to calcium-silicon board, cement board, OSB, or existing ceramic tile once primed with an interface coat — the full prep sequence is in interior stone wall panels. Exterior facades and rainscreen assemblies mount over a ventilated cavity behind cement board or ACM, detailed by rainscreen cladding manufacturers.

Specifications at a Glance

Panels ship in five formats to fit different wall scales: two compact options at 600×1200mm and 600×2400mm suit accent runs and feature strips, a taller 600×3000mm sheet covers full-height sections, and the large-format 1200×2400mm and 1200×3000mm sheets cut down on seams across facades and lobbies. Exact thickness and per-sheet weight are confirmed in the technical data sheet issued with your quote, since they vary by finish series.
